Note: Estimated Port Disbursement Account EPDA for Vessels are being calculated by Shipping Agency Department SAD as per MPA's Port Tariff.

SPT Marine personally will assist as required by SAD for most competitive and the cheapest EPDA ....we can avoid un-necessary payment to reduce payment at all time......

There are two types of agencies must be appointed in any ports of Myanmar.
1) Shipping Agency Department (SAD) of Myanmar Port Authority (MPA)  is
  a) Calculating & collecting Port Disbursements.
  b) Arranging formalities as per Regulations required by Myanmar Port Authority Union of  Myanmar.
2) All non- government agencies in Myanmar like SPT Marine Agencies are liaising with Consignees/Shippers and personnel of SAD for quick Discharging/Loading of cargo,
Supplying/Taking care of all requirements by Owners/Charterers, Master and Crew onboard.

i.e.Ensuring a berth for the incoming Vessel by MPA.
  -Arranging for the pilot and the tugs if necessary.
  -Drawing up the documents for the customs and harbor services with in/out bound clearances.
  -Arranging for the necessary of fresh water / provisions/bunkers if ordered.(If required)
  -Arranging for the necessary medical assistance/doctor for the crew if required.(Ship Husbandry services also)
  -Arranging for the necessary repairs if required.
  -Conveying instructions to and from the ship owner.
  -Organizing the necessary contact with the stevedores
  -Contacting shippers and the receivers of the goods.

  -Organizing for Collecting/handling freights, cargoes.
  -Finalizing PDA and arrangement for refund(if any) after Vessel departed from port(s).

Report prior Arrival and Makes Agents to arrange necessary for earlier Berthing on Arrival.
